Your Mobile Phone balance Deducting Automatically So follow those steps :

Few days ago one of my friend asked me about, why his mobile balance is deducting automatically without sending any SMS, without making any phone call or any service activation ? When I enquired about this on customer care they said you have activated blah –blah premium service that’s why so-so amount has been deducted from your mobile balance. And when I told this to my friend he said he hasn’t asked for any activation of premium service on his mobile. After using his mobile for a day, I got to know the reason. If you are facing the same problem then this is the post for you, keep reading it you will get to know the reason and how smartly mobile operator using their service to make a hole in your pocket.

Actually mobile operators have become very smart, first they used Bollywood actor/actress voice to lure their mobile customers later they started charging for a call to customer care. Now they are using their new weapon called USSD message from their armory to make more money from customers.
USSD stand for Unstructured Supplementary Service Data, which is used by mobile operators for sending USSD messages related to premium services or add-on services like “Hi To subscribe to Bollywood news or Live Cricket score alerts just press OK. Typical example of USSD message is balance check message which is flashed on your mobile phone screen once you call is finished. When you receive this USSD message your mobile will not ring and message will be visible on your mobile phone screen, now you will have two option, first is to Ok it or to cancel it by pressing cancel or Red button on your mobile.

As mobile does not ring or vibrate when USSD message comes, you will not able to know that a USSD message has arrived to your phone. Now suppose you pick your idle phone to send a SMS or make a Call by unlocking your keypad and at that point of time a USSD message may already reached to your phone then there are high chances of pressing OK button which will lead to a deduction of amount from your mobile balance for activating the premium service unintentionally.

So always be careful while unlocking an idle phone and always check what is appearing on your mobile phone, if there is any USSD message is appearing, click cancel or Red button on your phone. Also there is possibility that while using a phone abruptly a USSD message appears on your phone and you have pressed OK button for doing something but timing of arrival USSD message and pressing of OK button is as such that will activate the premium service on your phone unintentionally. So this is always beneficial to disable these kind of flash messages on mobile phone (like Live Vodafone service) for saving our self from this kind of trouble.
